Mobile app question · Business apps

How do I get frontline and field staff to actually use the app after the deal is signed?

Frontline staff don't care what the contract says. They use apps that save them time on a busy shift.

✓ Answer

Make the core task faster than the old way, work offline where staff have poor signal and keep training to a few minutes in the app. Get managers to use and expect the app. Track active users per paid seat by team, and follow up with teams that lag. Share adoption reports with the buyer before renewal.

What drives adoption

  • Core task in a few taps.
  • Offline mode.
  • Short in-app training.
