Do Local Services Ads work for electricians, and what does a booked job really cost?
Local Services Ads charge per lead and show at the top of Google. Whether they pay depends on how many leads you book.
- Are LSAs worth it?
- What does a lead cost?
- Can we dispute bad leads?
Local Services Ads put a Google-screened badge above regular ads and charge per lead, not per click. Complete Google's screening, choose the job types you want, keep your profile and reviews strong, answer every lead fast and dispute invalid ones. Work out cost per booked job: total spend divided by jobs booked from LSA leads.
Cost per booked job
| Item | Example |
|---|---|
| Monthly LSA spend | Your spend |
| Leads | From the LSA dashboard |
| Booked jobs | From your software |
| Cost per booked job | Spend ÷ booked jobs |
