How do I respond to a bad review and win the merchant back?
Merchants read your replies as closely as the review. A calm, specific response can win more installs than the review costs.
- A merchant left one star.
- Should we argue if they're wrong?
- Can we ask them to change it?
Reply publicly within a day: thank them, acknowledge the issue, say what you're doing and invite them to contact support. Fix the problem privately and quickly. Once it's solved, you can let them know they're welcome to update their review, without pressure or conditions. Look for patterns across reviews and fix root causes.

- Thanks, without sounding scripted.

Patterns
