✓ Answer

Measure cost per booked job, not per click or lead. Then fix the usual leaks: searches for DIY, jobs and parts; generic landing pages; ads running when nobody answers; and missed or poorly handled calls. Split campaigns by service, so water heaters and emergencies don't share a budget with drain cleaning. Often the biggest gain comes from answering calls better.

A worked example

Illustrative: $4,000 a month brings 100 calls and 40 booked jobs, so $100 per booked job. Answering 15 more calls and booking half of them brings that to about $84.
